Hi everyone,
Phill here, well I finally got around to setting up this blog! Yay! It has just been so busy since I arrived in England - haven't had a chance to breathe.
Yesterday was the wedding day. It was really brilliant (despite freezing weather outside). everyone was looking good and the bride and groom looked very excited about getting married to each other! The marriage took place in this old school English church and the reception was at this fantastic manor type hotel. Great food included late night bacon sarnies (sandwiches) - beautiful! I was lovin the band set up they had too - a very English looking bunch playing all the commitments songs.
We stayed overnight and in the morning it was clear skies and my first glimpse of the sun since I arrived. We looked from our window out to the estate lake and two white swans were swimming by - so English its not funny! Keeping with the English theme it is now about 3 pm and the skies have greyed over and its raining.
OK well I think this is pretty good for a first post. Will try and get a picture up too!
