Hi there Sah and Phill,
Dermot and I have resorted to the airconditioned TV/AV/I'net room and eventually found your blogspot by guessing the address - it's v hot today ~38degrees at a guess. Your blogspot (stories and photos) tell us that you're having a great time. I'm sure you'll continue having a fantastic time and we'll keep looking at blogspot for updates. Take care and we'll hear from you soon. Love Bec and Dermot
Hi Sah and Phill
Mel came to stay last night so she could farewell G/Aunt Edna who has flown home this morning (Fri). I went to Windsor with Mel, popped in to work with her and then went off to explore.
Just happened to bump into some pomp and pageantry with the changing of the guard at Windsor castle!
Mel tells me that you had an upgrade on the flight to Rio - wow, that's my dream!!!!
My turn to fly out for Oz on Mon 22nd Jan and then there's only 1 to go (Lou). Dad's safely home and trying to right his body clock.
So glad to hear that you've arrived safely.
Lots of love
Mum xxxx
Upgrade? You'll never want to mix it with the riff raff in the squalor of Economy Class ever again.
Regards, the CMA travel junkie.
Yes we did get an upgrade on our Iberia flight to Rio - we felt rather guilty that Ben and Mel our travelling buddies had to stay in cattle class while we sipped at a 1996 spanish red wine with gourmet cheeses. Not to mention leg room....
what can I say..... it was pretty good
